What is milk powder?

What types of milk powder does Central Lechera Asturiana have?
Central Lechera Asturiana has two types of powdered milk:
- Full-cream milk powder, with a minimum of 26% fat by weight.
- Skimmed milk powder, with a minimum of 1% fat by weight.
There are also different packs of 1 kg and 800 g.
