You will find spray cream in your usual supermarket in a convenient 250 + 10% format. Its packaging is recyclable, and you can distinguish the lactose-free spray cream from the others from its violet colour. Its special-shaped dispensing nozzle obtains a pleasing presentation, like using a piping bag, but without messing up the kitchen. The plastic lid on the lactose-free spray cream keeps the nozzle protected in the fridge, but remember to wash the dispenser well after each use, so that no cream remains on it.
Ingredients: Cream (milk), sugar (10%), emulsifier (E-472b), acidity corrector (E-339ii), stabiliser (E-407), propellant gas (N2O). Some artificial additives that are necessary for the cream to emulsify and come out of the cannister whipped.
