The classic sliced cheese from Central Lechera Asturiana is the most traditional option in Central Lechera Asturiana’s range of sliced products. It is a mature fatty cheese that is made with only 100% natural ingredients. The main ingredient is cow’s milk, adding salt, rennet, milk ferments and a natural preservative that comes from egg. The classic sliced cheese has no artificial additives or E-s, only natural ingredients.
This creamy and super-tasty cheese is presented in a very practical 250 g container. The twelve slices are packed in a protective atmosphere, and the package is resealable, so you it is convenient and safe to enjoy it up until after five days after opening it. The label is a distinctive red colour, and you will find this classic sliced cheese in the cold section of your favourite supermarket, along with Central Lechera Asturiana’s other sliced varieties: light, lactose-free and smoked.
Ingredients: Cow’s milk, rennet, salt, preservative (lysozyme: from egg) and lactic ferments (milk).
